the Webmaster: Along with the website, an email system will
be set up (upon the successful election of the SMR5) to include
email addresses for each board member and committee member
to allow "business" communications which will integrate
not only all SMR homeowners contact information, but the organization's
calendar and any specific tasks and duties to be completed.
All of this will be formatted for downloading to a hand held
personal device (Palm Pilot, etc.)and Outlook and Excel, if
the user so desires. At this time, only the "admin"
address is available (set up as a default address). I am donating
my development and maintenance time for free to run this website.
The only cost to the SMR HOA is a $12 per month fee for the
service provider. The URL: springmountainranch.org has been
purchased for five years for $50.
In
doing this set up, it is hoped that as board members change
in and out, the information may remain static as well as the
method of communication. This could become a dependable trend
for homeowners to know that it will always work in a certain
manner with changes coming only with upgrades of equipment
and software.
